Reading Terminal Market Corp., the nonprofit group that manages the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia, elected Brent Cossrow to serve as its vice chairman. Cossrow is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Fisher & Phillips L.L.P, and was appointed to the board of the RTMC by the Reading Terminal Market Merchants' Association in October 2009. He fills a vacancy left by the death of longtime director and vice chairwoman Rebecca Stoloff.

Hepatitis B Foundation, a Doylestown national nonprofit health-advocacy organization, named Anthony W. Ford-Hutchinson to its board. He was senior vice president, vaccines research and development, at Merck & Co.
CSS Industries Inc., a Philadelphia designer and maker of seasonal products such as decorative ribbons and Halloween masks, has named Robert E. Chappell to its board. He is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and serves as chairman of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. and as a director of Quaker Chemical Corp.
Starfinder Foundation, a Manayunk nonprofit that uses soccer, educational, and personal-development programs to inspire young people from underserved communities to achieve success, elected Carl Cutler, a partner of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., to its board.
