PRD Management Inc., Pennsauken, promoted Karin McGrath Dunn to vice president, operations and organizational planning, from chief of staff; Sue McElhatton to executive property manager from site manager; and Carole Rowell and Judy Kohlmyer to senior property managers from property managers.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Group, Philadelphia, hired David Dolan as a senior managing director. He had been an executive vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle.
