He replaces Michael Smith, who became deputy chief of staff earlier this year. The Philadelphia Housing Authority has named three managers. Michael Johns has been named deputy executive director, capital projects and development. Johns, a licensed architect, most recently served as acting deputy executive director of operations.
Heather McCreary rejoined PHA as deputy executive director, administration/chief administrative officer. She had been a consultant at Procurian and formerly served as assistant executive director of supply-chain management for PHA.
Celeste Fields was promoted to assistant executive director, leased housing, from director of finance.
University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, named Therese Anderson registrar. Anderson held the same post at Gwynedd-Mercy College.
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse general manager Richie Furino has been promoted to the role of regional manager, responsible for overseeing Sullivan's Steakhouses in King of Prussia and Wilmington, which are both under the Del Frisco's Restaurant Group umbrella. He started as a server at Sullivan's Steakhouse in King of Prussia.
The Paramour Restaurant at the Wayne Hotel hired Joseph Amrani as general manager. He had been general manager with Heathland Hospitality.
TTI Environmental Inc., Moorestown, named Timothy Popp and William Stafford shareholders in the company. Popp is director of TTI's Environmental Consulting Services Group. Stafford is director of TTI's Tank Management Services Group.
Willis North America, a unit of Willis Group Holdings, an insurance broker with operations in Philadelphia, appointed Mary Pat Kessler as vice president and producer, human-capital practice, of Willis of Pennsylvania. She had been vice president of employee benefits at USI Affinity.
Roska Healthcare Advertising, Montgomeryville, promoted Kimberly Clotman from senior vice president to executive vice president, director of client services.
Mark Joyce has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer, from senior vice president and chief financial officer, at AmeriQuest Business Services, Cherry Hill.
Steve Lyons has been named a partner at Cooke & Bieler L.P., a Philadelphia investment-management firm. He is portfolio manager and a research analyst on the investment team.
Sally Stetson, co-founder and principal of Philadelphia executive-search firm Salveson Stetson Group, was named head of the global human-resources practice group of IIC Partners. Salveson Stetson Group is a member of IIC Partners.
