WSFS Financial Corp., Wilmington, parent company of WSFS Bank, elected Eleuthère I. du Pont and David G. Turner to its board. Du Pont is president of the Longwood Foundation, which supports charitable organizations; he had been senior vice president for operations and chief financial officer of Drugstore.com. Turner is vice president and partner at IBM Global Business Services, where he leads the North American analytics practice.

Continental Bank Holdings Inc. and its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Continental Bank, Plymouth Meeting, has appointed former coach of the Philadelphia 76ers William J. "Billy" Cunningham to its board. Cunningham, a member of the NBA Hall of Fame, was a cofounder and managing partner of the Miami Heat.

Historic Philadelphia Inc., which offers historical and educational programs focused on Philadelphia, named Joshua Wolson to its board. He is a partner with Dilworth Paxson L.L.P. in Philadelphia, practicing in the areas of litigation and antitrust.

Howell K. Rosenberg, one of the founding partners of Philadelphia law firm Brookman, Rosenberg, Brown & Sandler, was reappointed to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Bill Stulginsky has been elected to the board of governors of Main Line Health, a not-for-profit health system. He retired as partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.

Kelly O'Shea Carney, executive director of the Phoebe Ministries Center of Excellence in Dementia Care, Allentown, was appointed to the Pennsylvania Alzheimer's Disease State Planning Committee by Gov. Corbett.

Bob Hesser has been elected to the board of Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a nonprofit provider of therapeutic and educational services to children with disabilities. Hesser is chief technology officer, operations, at GE Corporate.

The Hill at Whitemarsh, a continuing-care retirement community in Lafayette Hill, has appointed the following members to its board of trustees: Neil Lubarsky, senior vice president for finance and chief financial officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital; William McDowell, senior project executive and chair of the board of trustees' building committee for the Barnes Foundation; Susan Parks, director of the palliative-care program and geriatric medicine and palliative care for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and Bruce Wilson, retired senior vice president-law and government affairs for Conrail Inc.

Stuart W. Davidson has been appointed chair of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners. He is a partner at the Philadelphia labor and employment law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson.

Daniel Dwyer, an attorney at Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees P.C., has been appointed to the board of the ARC Community Trust of Pennsylvania and will serve as secretary and chairman of its personnel and compensation committee. The nonprofit supports people with disabilities and helps caregivers plan for the future.

Nutrisystem Inc., the Fort Washington weight-loss product company, elected Jay Herratti to its board. Since May 2012, Herratti has been focused on mentoring Internet start-up businesses, leading professional groups, and providing advisory services. Previously, he was CEO of CityGrid Media L.L.C.

Delaware Valley Healthcare Council of HAP, Philadelphia, named Jean M. Keeler to its board. She is president and CEO of Grand View Hospital.
