Bonanducci, a 33-year veteran of the company, had been senior human-resources director and serves as a management trustee on multiple union, health and welfare, and severance funds.

Trico Lift, a Millville provider of aerial-lift and rough-terrain forklifts, appointed Chris Carmolingo chief executive officer and president. Carmolingo replaces company cofounder and former president Ken Pustizzi, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Carmolingo had been chief operating officer.
Pennsylvania SPCA, Philadelphia, named Patricia Mecca director of development and Sarah Eremus leadership-giving manager. Mecca had been associate director of marketing and development for Arc of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Developmental Disabilities Corp. Eremus was an associate attorney with the law offices of Tahir Mella P.C., Philadelphia.
WeiserMazars L.L.P., an accounting, tax, and advisory firm, has named Vincent R. Burke to head its Pennsylvania practice as partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia office. Burke takes over the role from partner Kathryn A. Byrne, who oversaw the integration of Fishbein & Co. and LECG/Smart into WeiserMazars. Burke had been a senior managing director at LECG and a practice leader of its insurance and reinsurance services group.
Paul Traficanti has been hired as medical director at Health Partners, a Philadelphia health plan for people on medical assistance. Traficanti had been a senior trainer for new physician hiring at Executive Health Resources and a physician adviser specializing in medical-compliance case reviews and appeals. He also served as attending physician at Chester County and Brandywine Hospitals.
Corporate executive and former New Jersey State Assemblyman José Sosa has been named CEO of Crossroads Programs, a Willingboro nonprofit that empowers at-risk youth who are homeless, abandoned, and abused to lead healthy, productive lives. Sosa served as president of Americas Alliance Group
Louay Khatib has been hired as senior vice president and chief financial officer at SDI Inc., a Bristol provider of MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supply-chain management services. He had been chief compliance officer at Aramark Corp.
Egalet Ltd., a privately held specialty-pharmaceutical company in Malvern, hired Stan Musial as chief financial officer. He had been vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of Prism Pharmaceuticals, a specialty-pharmaceutical company sold to Baxter Healthcare in 2011.
Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia, said Ira C. Gubernick, formerly of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, joined the firm as a partner in the corporate practice. Richard S. Roisman, formerly with McCarter & English, joins as a partner in the real estate practice.
Penn Jersey Advance, parent company of South Jersey Media Group, the company that publishes the South Jersey Times and the weekly Washington Township Times, has promoted Joseph P. Owens to publisher and executive editor, from interim general manager. Owens came to South Jersey from the Express-Times, an Advance Publications sister paper in Easton, Pa., where he worked as managing editor, editor, and vice president.
Debra S. Dunne has joined the Philadelphia office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. as a partner. Dunne had been chair of the life-sciences regulatory/compliance practice group at Stradley Ronon.
Monica Cawvey has been hired as vice president of development at the University City Science Center. She had been vice president for development at the National Constitution Center.
TMG Health Inc., a King of Prussia firm that handles claims administration and other services for Medicare, Medicaid, and other health plans, promoted James Kolata to director of sales support and analysis, from special-project manager. Margaret Manley has been hired as director of performance measurement and reporting. She had been a certified public accountant at Snyder & Clemente.
