He served 30 years as an officer and aviator with the U.S. Navy and had been executive director for operations, AIR 4.0B, at Naval Air Systems Command, where he was the principal military deputy to the Research and Engineering Group flag officer.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Philadelphia, named Justin Chura as medical director of gynecologic oncology and medical director of robotic surgery. He had been director of the robotic-surgery program at Crozer Keystone Health Network and associate director, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, for Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
