Sabre Systems Inc., a Warminster provider of professional services to U.S. government agencies and commercial clients, hired Andrew Macyko as senior executive director supporting the company's Naval Air Systems Command customers in the area of integrated warfighting capability, specifically in irregular warfare and rapid response. He served 30 years as an officer and aviator with the U.S. Navy and had been executive director for operations, AIR 4.0B, at Naval Air Systems Command, where he was the principal military deputy to the Research and Engineering Group flag officer.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Philadelphia, named Justin Chura as medical director of gynecologic oncology and medical director of robotic surgery. He had been director of the robotic-surgery program at Crozer Keystone Health Network and associate director, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, for Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce hired Lisa Crutchfield as senior vice president of advocacy and public affairs. She had been senior vice president of regulatory and external affairs for Peco Energy Co.
