Customers Bank, Wyomissing, named three branch managers to serve as community-banking market leaders. Deb Runyon, vice president of business development and manager of the Hamilton, N.J., branch, will lead teams throughout Bucks County, Mercer County, N.J., and Westchester County, N.Y. Angie Lattanzio, vice president and manager of a branch in Wyomissing, will lead teams throughout Berks County. Robin Lowery, vice president and manager of the Malvern branch, will lead teams throughout Chester and Delaware Counties.

Anthony Naccarato was promoted to president of Philadelphia-based structural-engineering firm O'Donnell & Naccarato. He succeeds Nick Cinalli, who served as president since 2003 and will remain a principal and active member of the firm's executive leadership team. Naccarato, a vice president, was named a partner in 1998.

Comcast Cable, Philadelphia, named Robert S. Victor senior vice president, finance and business operations, for Comcast Business. Victor succeeds Gary Rostick, who has been appointed chief financial officer of Comcast Spectacor. Victor had been senior vice president of strategic and financial planning for Comcast Corp.

AMResorts, a Philadelphia provider of sales, marketing and brand-management services, has promoted Erica Doyne to senior director of marketing, from director of marketing.

Play On, Philly!, a tuition-free after-school program that uses music education to help develop the skills necessary for students to succeed in life, promoted Ben Fuller from operations manager to chief operating officer and Kathleen Krull from artistic director to program director.

   Brian Rascon was named site director for Play On, Philly! at the Freire Charter Middle School in Center City. He formerly taught trumpet and directed the POP Wind Ensemble at the school. Victoria Harrison was hired as site director for the program at St. Francis de Sales School in West Philadelphia. She was a vocal instructor with the international-education program Up With People and is children's choir director at St. Matthew's Baptist Church.

Carlos Javier was named site coordinator at Freire Charter Middle School. He previously served as a co-director of the CityMusic Kids program in Cleveland.

Stefanie Fleischer Seldin was named executive director of Rebuilding Together Philadelphia. She had been managing attorney at Philadelphia VIP.

ParenteBeard named Paul Haynes as manager in the forensic, litigation and valuation services practice. He had been manager in the forensic, investigations and valuation services group at Grant Thornton L.L.P.

Allied Construction Services, Fort Washington, hired Jody Arena as chief operating officer. He had been vice president of construction at A&E Construction of Upper Darby.

Brendan G. Carr, assistant professor of emergency medicine and epidemiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennslyvania, has been named as the director of the Emergency Care Coordination Center.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has appointed Theodore N. Tsangaris surgical director of the Jefferson Breast Care Center. Tsangaris most recently served as associate professor of surgery at Yale School of Medicine, as well as director of outpatient breast services at the Smilow Cancer Hospital Network.

Global Spectrum, part of Philadelphia-based Comcast-Spectacor, hired Hank Abate as senior vice president, arenas and stadiums. He had been senior vice president of stadiums and arenas at SMG.
