The Building Industry Association of Philadelphia elected Anne Fadullon as the first female president of the 77-year-old trade group. Fadullon is director of development at Dale Corp. and was director of development at the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority during the Rendell administration. Mayor Nutter recently appointed her to the Mayor's Special Commission to Review Licenses and Inspection.

Nancy Gabel has been elected president of the board of the Alliance Francaise de Philadelphie. She is a founder of the French International School in Bala Cynwyd and serves on its board of directors.
Attorney Salvatore M. DeBunda has been re-elected to a second three-year term as president of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association, which represents owners and trainers of horses that race at Parx Racing. DeBunda is co-managing partner of the Philadelphia office of Archer & Greiner P.C.
Manoj Turlapati, vice president of professional services at MavenWire, Wayne, has been named to the board of Oracle Transportation Management Special Interest Group.
The Philadelphia Bar Association, the oldest association of lawyers in the United States, named the following officers to its board of governors:

Students Run Philly Style, a Philadelphia nonprofit that offers marathon training to help young people succeed in life, has named Mark S. Stewart to serve as chair of its advisory board. Stewart is an attorney and chair of Ballard Spahr.
Andy Dolce, founder of Dolce Hotels and Resorts, which manages 26 conference centers, hotels and resorts, including Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club, has been named chairman of the advisory board of the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism.
The Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation, a private Philadelphia nonprofit that supports local arts and cultural organizations, appointed the following officers to its board:
Wendy Osterweil, associate professor of the art and art education department at Temple University, chair; Ann T. Loftus, a partner at Zateeny Loftus L.L.P., vice chair; Stefani Cranston, partner, portfolio manager at AJO, treasurer; Leigh Jackson, writer and fiction teacher, secretary.
Grace E. Grillet, administrative consultant at People's Light & Theatre Co., and Elizabeth Wilkerson, a writer and digital-content strategist, are new board members.
Gerard Criner, director of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Temple University Hospital and director of the Temple Lung Center, was named to the board of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease. He is one of only two American physicians to serve on the board.
The Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association named James Gratton president. He is general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia.
