Law firm's move cuts its energy bill

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., an environment, energy and land use law firm based in Bala Cynwyd, said the firm has moved into new, energy efficient offices.

The project received a leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, a nonprofit organization that promotes building projects that stress energy conservation and limit environmental impacts.

The new space at 401 City Avenue comprises 23,000 square feet, slightly more than the firm's previous space. The firm said it has saved some 50 percent on its electricity bill since moving.
