Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, has elected Ramona Gwynn, president of Health Care Consulting Services L.L.C., and Gloria Watson, regional president for AIG, to its board of trustees.

Ursinus College, Collegeville, named the following board members: Rob Wonderling, president and CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce; Aakash Shah, an Ursinus alumnus and third-year student at Harvard Medical School, training at Massachusetts General Hospital, who is a visiting fellow at the Center for State Health Policy in New Jersey; Graham Mackenzie, director of government solutions at Visa Inc., and Susan Callahan, a volunteer and former vice president, commercial banking, with CoreStates and National City Bank.

The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University has elected to its board Van R. Reiner, president and CEO of the Maryland Academy of Sciences at the Maryland Science Center, and Ivy E. Silver, who advises businesses regarding strategic and tactical initiatives through her newest entity, Sparkplug Innovations.

Crossroads Programs, a South Jersey charity operating group homes and providing support for a wide network of therapeutic foster-care homes, as well as community care and outreach, has named Tony Klym president. He is manager, utility business development, at ARI, a Holman Enterprise company, Mount Laurel.

People's Light & Theatre, Malvern, has elected Brian Doerner president of its board of trustees. Doerner is a partner at Ballard Spahr L.L.P., Philadelphia, and practice leader of the firm's life sciences and technology group.

Lawrence M. DiVietro Jr., president and CEO of Land Dimensions Engineering in Glassboro, has been named to the board of Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, a Mt. Laurel nonprofit.

The Joseph Fund, a Camden-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Ministries of St. Joseph's Pro-Cathedral, has elected the following board members: Reginald Blaber, a cardiologist who serves as executive director of the Lourdes Cardiovascular Institute, vice president of the Cardiovascular Service Line, and chairman of the Department of Medicine at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden; Michael Haydinger, chief financial officer and vice president of First Montgomery Group, and Joseph Nardi, a partner in the law firm Brown and Connery L.L.P. in Westmont.

Eric Pritchard, a partner in the business and finance department and government-relations group at the law firm Kleinbard Bell & Brecker L.L.P., Philadelphia, has been elected chairman of the Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority.

Drinker Biddle & Reath Philadelphia-based partner William McSwain has been appointed president of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of Greater Philadelphia.

Warren A. Broudy, managing director of the Mercadien Group, principal in Mercadien P.C., Certified Public Accountants, and leader of its government-services practice, has been elected treasurer of the YMCA of Trenton, a nonprofit organization founded in 1856.

AmerisourceBergen Corp., a Valley Forge pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution-services company, has elected Gregory D. Wasson to its board. He is president and CEO of Walgreen Co., which was entitled to designate a director to the AmerisourceBergen board of directors as part of the strategic long-term relationship entered into with Walgreens and Alliance Boots GmbH in March 2013.

Manor College, Jenkintown, has named Leonard Mazur chairman of its board of trustees. He is vice chairman and co-founder of Akrimax Pharmaceuticals, which he founded in 2008. Vera Kalata, vice president of MB Financial Bank of Chicago and manager of the Philadelphia branch, and David A. Puerto, a veterinary surgeon at the Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services, were named trustees. - Mike Zebe
