Ellen Weber has been appointed executive director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute at Temple University's Fox School of Business. The institute promotes entrepreneurial spirit university-wide, across disciplines and among 17 schools and colleges. For 15 years, Weber served as executive director at Robin Hood Ventures, a group of angel investors focused on early-stage, high-growth companies in the Philadelphia region.

Maidstone Capital Corp., a growth-capital firm, said EU Services, a direct-mail marketing firm, has joined its portfolio of marketing services companies. EU Services pairs with Com-Pak Services, Moorestown, within Maidstone's portfolio and will led by CEO Clif McDougall. He joined the company as vice president of marketing and business development.

Philadelphia-based branding and creative services agency 160over90, has hired creative directors Mark Cacciatore and Brian MacDonald and account supervisors Kathleen Carr and Samantha Un. Cacciatore was a freelance creative director for Digitas and Digitas Health and creative director at Burns Group in New York. MacDonald had been a freelance Creative Director. Carr was a planning manager BFG Communications and Un was senior communications project manager at Lockheed Martin.

Specialized Education Services Inc., Yardley, has hired Ellen Gaske as chief academic officer. She had been chief school director for the Central Maryland Region of SESI, which partners with school districts and educational organizations across the country to provide services to special and alternative-education students.

Physiotherapy Associates, an Exton provider of outpatient rehabilitation services, has hired Paul Solomon as chief financial officer. He held the same post at Solstas Lab Partners, a medical-testing laboratory.

Community Realty Management, a Pleasantville real estate management organization, has promoted Monique Strickland to director of occupancy and compliance, from executive property manager.

AIM Academy, Conshohocken, has hired Lindsey Boden as director of enrollment management and financial aid. She had been an educational consultant with Bennett School Placement Worldwide in Fort Washington and a psycho-educational evaluator at the Center for Psychological Services in Ardmore and Paoli.

Angelica Cuellar Hardin has joined Health Partners Plans, Philadelphia, as vice president of Medicare sales. She had been sales and marketing vice president for UnitedHealthcare.

Michael French has joined the Philadelphia office of Avison Young, a Toronto-based commercial real estate services firm, as executive vice president. He was most recently principal of the hospitality and leisure advisory practice with PwC in Philadelphia.

Montgomery McCracken, Philadelphia, has hired Chad Flores as an associate in the firm's litigation department. He had been an associate at Ballard Spahr L.L.P.

First Colonial Community Bank, Cherry Hill, has hired Carol DeGrace as vice president in the residential lending department and Richard DeGrace as vice president in the residential and consumer lending department. Carol DeGrace had been vice president and Richard DeGrace vice president/sales manager at Aurora Financial Group in Marlton.

Susan E. Barrett has been appointed vice president of college advancement at Harcum College, Bryn Mawr. She had been vice president of corporate and foundation relations at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

St. Clair CPA Solutions, Conshohocken, has hired Justin W. Stolte as accounting and auditing manager, John J. Campbell III as senior tax accountant, and Dohee Han as staff accountant. Stolte was a senior manager at ParenteBeard L.L.C. in Philadelphia; Campbell, a senior accountant at Thomas J. Rapak CPA in Elkins Park, and Han, a staff accountant with Chang & Lim CPAs in Los Angeles.

Denis J. Lawler has joined Archer & Greiner's estate and trust litigation group as a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office. Previously, Lawler practiced commercial litigation as of counsel and partner at Blank Rome L.L.P.

Hugh L. Simmons has been named chief human-resources officer at JEVS Human Services. Simmons had been vice president of human resources at Tecniplast of North America.

TD Bank has promoted Michael DiPietropolo to assistant vice president, sales and service manager, of a branch in Stratford, from assistant store manager.

Colliers International, Philadelphia, a commercial real estate services provider, has hired Michael J. Sher as senior managing director-health care services group. He had been president of Med Realty Partners and chief of staff and vice president for real estate and facilities at Temple University Health System.

ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, West Point, has promoted Karen I. Christiansen to executive vice president and chief financial officer, from senior vice president of financial services; Charles W. Coxson III to senior vice president of community operations, from vice president of the Florida region, and Jefferson D. Kaighn to senior vice president of legislative affairs and organizational development, from vice president of the Pennsylvania region.
