Face to Face, a nonprofit that assists individuals and families in Germantown, has named Dale Moss, retired chief executive officer of OpenSkies Airline, and Tinesha Banks, deputy executive director, strategic development, at HeTlth Promotion Council of Philadelphia, to its board. The following members were named to its advisory board: Robert Elfant, president of Elfant Wissahickon Realtors; Ken Weinstein, president of Weinstein Properties and 5301 Development Associates L.L.C.; Betsy Longstreth, executive director of the Vincera Institute, and attorney William Ewing.

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania's deputy chief disciplinary counsel, Paul J. Burgoyne, has been elected president-elect of the National Organization of Bar Counsel, a nonprofit organization of legal professionals. For more than 32 years, Burgoyne has worked in the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in Pennsylvania and has served in his role there since 1993.

The Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure has elected Marc S. Cohen, an ophthalmology and cosmetic-surgery specialist at Wills Eye Hospital, as a member of its board.

Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia has elected Jerry M. Francesco chairman of its board of trustees. He was the former owner of Pentec Health. M. Elizabeth Bligan, director of human resources for AGC Chemicals Americas Inc. in Exton, has been elected vice chair.

Shemtob Law attorney Christina M. DeMatteo has been elected to the Council for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section for a three-year term.

Surrey Services for Seniors, a nonprofit organization with locations in Berwyn, Havertown, Media and Broomall, has appointed to its board Andrew Addis, senior vice president of the Addis Group in King of Prussia, and Shayna Beck, a marketing executive for Vanguard.

Law firm Reed Smith L.L.P. has elected Alexander Y. Thomas as its global managing partner for a three-year term. Thomas is the former chair of Reed Smith's firmwide litigation department.

Andrew J. Trevelise, a partner at Reed Smith L.L.P. in Philadelphia, has been appointed to serve on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for a three-year term

Vanguard Charitable, a nonprofit organization managing more than $4.3 billion in donor-advised-fund assets, has named Vikram H. Dewan, president and CEO of the Philadelphia Zoo, to its board of trustees.

Lisa M. Thouin, managing director of the Mercadien Group, principal in Mercadien P.C., Certified Public Accountants, and co-leader of its nonprofit services group, has been elected to the board of trustees of Enable Inc. The nonprofit organization helps senior citizens and individuals with permanent and chronic physical or cognitive disabilities live full and independent lives in the community.
