King of Prussia contract research organization Theorem Clinical Research has hired Kathryn Bohannon as vice president of biopharmaceutical development and Angela Weston as vice president of business development in Europe and Asia.

Philadelphia executive-search firm Diversified Search said Henry J. Scherck 3d has assumed the role of vice chairman while continuing to serve as a managing director in the firm's global life science practice.
