a Radnor specialty pharmaceutical company developing transdermal synthetic cannabinoid treatments. He had been senior vice president and CFO of Globus Medical.

Drugstore chain Rite Aid Corp., Camp Hill, said Jocelyn Zazyczny Konrad, currently vice president, health-care initiatives, has been promoted to group vice president, pharmacy initiatives and clinical services. Konrad succeeds Karen Staniforth, who was recently promoted to the role of chief operating officer at Health Dialog, a subsidiary of Rite Aid.

Friends Center Corp. has hired Christopher Mohr as executive director. He had been resource-development manager with the Community Design Collaborative. Since 2011, Mohr also has served as the clerk of the board of trustees of Friends Publishing Corp., publisher of Friends Journal magazine and the QuakerSpeak video series.

The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia has promoted Walter W. Borginis III to president and chief executive officer from executive vice president of finance and administration and CFO. Borginis succeeds Stephen W. Holt, who retired after 25 years of service.

Franklin Square, a Philadelphia manager of alternative investment funds, has hired Berta Aldrich as chief marketing officer. She had been head of marketing strategy for Vanguard.

Diversified chemical company FMC Corp., Philadelphia, announced new roles for three business executives. Bethwyn Todd, global director of FMC Professional Solutions, Seed Treatment & BioSolutions, has been named director of agricultural solutions in Asia and president of FMC Asia. She also was elected a vice president of FMC Corp. by the board of directors. She joined FMC in 2010 as Asia Pacific development and regulatory manager in Bangkok, Thailand.

Eric Norris has been named vice president and global business director for FMC Health & Nutrition. A 25-year industry veteran, Norris was previously vice president and global business director at FMC Lithium.

Tom Schneberger has been named vice president and global business director at FMC Lithium. He previously was vice president and business director for FMC Alkali Chemicals.

Alan W. Schoenbart has been hired as chief financial officer at Echo Therapeutics Inc., a Philadelphia medical-device company focused on skin permeation, continuous glucose monitoring, and associated technologies. He held the same position at Hudson News Distributors L.L.C. and Forticell Bioscience Inc.

Comcast-Spectacor said Phil Weinberg, executive vice president and general counsel, has taken on an expanded role as the company's EVP, administration, and general counsel. Alice Fei has been promoted to senior vice president, human resources, from vice president, human resources.

She had been clinical systems support manager with NHS Human Services.

Linda Mancini has been named vice president, retail market manager and store manager, for Republic Bank's newest location in Glassboro. She had been retail market manager at TD Bank.

Lori Kuserk has joined Saxbys Coffee as product development manager. She had been senior associate manager of product development at Rita's Franchise Co., and spent five years working in the consumer test kitchen at Campbell Soup Co.
