Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers, a federally qualified health center, has hired Daniel Clemons as finance director, based in the nonprofit's Center City headquarters. Clemons had served as chief financial officer for Community Health and Wellness Center of Greater Torrington, Conn.

Plymouth Meeting-based Inovio Pharmaceuticals, a developer of oncology and infectious-disease DNA immunotherapies, has hired Mark Stephen Gelder as vice president, clinical development. Gelder was chief medical officer at Heron Therapeutics, an oncology-focused biotechnology company.
