to senior vice president, regional vice president for the Delaware and Chester County region, based in Devon. She had been vice president, relationship manager, in the Delaware/Chester County region.

Barbara Sadler has been promoted to vice president, finance/controller, at Interstate General Media, publisher of The Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News, and Philly.com. In her expanded leadership role, Sadler will assume responsibility for the company's operating budget, core reporting, and purchasing functions. An employee with more than 25 years with the company, she had been controller of accounting and internal controls.

Thomas Jefferson University and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Philadelphia, has appointed Joseph B. Hill chief diversity officer. He joins Jefferson from Froedtert Health, the clinical arm of the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he developed a diversity and inclusion program that became an integral part of the health system's values, strategy and operational initiatives.

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, has hired Michael L. Spear as director of the palliative-care program and attending neonatologist. He had been a partner at Christiana Neonatal Associates in Newark, Del., from 2000 to 2013; a consultant, neonatal/perinatal palliative care IMPACT team, at Christiana Care Health Services; and part of the neonatal/perinatal CORE palliative-care team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Insurance Cos., a Bala Cynwyd commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance company for niche markets, promoted two vice presidents to senior vice president. Bob Morgan is now senior vice president of underwriting. Seth Hall assumes the position of senior vice president of customer service.

Michael T. Kane has been promoted to deputy director for the Small Business Administration's Eastern Pennsylvania District Office. He had been SBA's Harrisburg branch manager, covering south-central Pennsylvania, and served as an economic-development specialist covering the Lehigh Valley region.

Firstrust Bank has hired Sharyn McTaggart as vice president of its branch in Marlton. She had been vice president, branch manager, of TD Bank in Williamstown.

Adam Petitt has been hired as an associate at Stradley Ronon, Philadelphia. He was an associate at White & Williams, L.L.P., Philadelphia.

Beyond, an online career network based in King of Prussia, has hired Nikki La Croce as its director of marketing, talent solutions. La Croce had been director of client success for iMomentous and a product manager for CareerBuilder.com.

Ambler Savings Bank, Ambler, has hired Susan B. Look as vice president and chief risk officer. She had been senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer at East River Bank in Philadelphia.

Franklin Square, a Philadelphia manager of alternative investment funds, has hired Michael Kelly as executive vice president and chief investment officer. He served as chief executive officer of ORIX USA Asset Management, where he led the company's acquisition of Robeco, a $250 billion global asset-management company.

Great Western Services, the Lehigh Valley division of Utility Line Services Inc., a Conshohocken-based utility construction company, has named Grant Gochenauer vice president of operations. He had been a manager at Ernst & Young L.L.P.

Mauch served as its senior vice president and chief operating officer. David W.
