Stephanie Taylor, managing director of Dunleavy & Associates, has joined the board of Ready, Willing and Able, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop and implement cost-effective, holistic programs that meet the needs of a diverse population working to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism.

Eric Pritchard, a partner in the business and finance department and a member of the government-relations group at Philadelphia law firm Kleinbard L.L.C., has been reelected chairman of the Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority, which provides tax-exempt financing to manufacturers and nonprofits in Pennsylvania. Pritchard, a commercial litigator turned transactional lawyer, advises middle-market companies, start-up ventures, and entrepreneurs.

Jenai St. Hill, an associate in the Reed Smith commercial litigation group, has been elected to the board of the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.

Egalet Corp., a Wayne integrated commercial specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing pain treatments, has named Nicholas C. Nicolaides president and chief executive officer of Morphotek, a subsidiary of Eisai North America, and John Osborn, executive-in-residence at Warburg Pincus and senior adviser at Hogan Lovells, to its board of directors.

Steven C. Genyk, managing director and head of fixed income at Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C., Philadelphia, has been named chairman of the Bond Dealers of America, a Washington-based trade association.

Scott Heimes has been elected to the board of Marlin Business Services Corp., a Mount Laurel provider of commercial lending for small and midsize businesses. Heimes is chief marketing officer of Digital River Inc. He previously held senior marketing executive positions with WebMD Health Corp. and Target Corp.

Alliance Française de Philadelphie has named the following to its board: Monique V. Laird, French professor at Bryn Mawr College and Alliance Française de Philadelphie; Catherine Kosman, interim codirector of the French International School of Philadelphia; Ellen Rosen, former senior vice president, chief consumer lending officer, at Bancorp Bank in Philadelphia; and Matthew A. Cole, chair of the corporate department of Jacob Law Group P.C., Philadelphia.

Anders R. Back has been elected president of College and University Public Relations and Associated Professionals, a mid-Atlantic association of higher-education communications and advancement professionals. Back is director of internal communications and publications at Harcum College, Bryn Mawr.

King of Prussia-based Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS), one of the state's largest nonprofit scholarship organizations, providing tuition assistance to more than 6,000 students last year, has appointed Brian Hannan and Paul Leary to its board. Hannan is market team leader for PriceWaterhouseCooper's insurance and banking practice in Philadelphia. Leary is a member of Cozen O'Connor's litigation department.

Sandra Knapp, a partner at law firm Gawthrop Greenwood P.C., has been named to the board of directors of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine.

Philadelphia law firm Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P. said partner Joseph J. Centeno was elected unanimously to the firm's Management Committee, its governing body. Centeno is chairman of the firm's labor relations and employment law department.

Main Line Health has named Patrick Ross chairman of the department of surgery. He succeeds Scott Goldman, who is stepping down to focus on his surgical practice through the Lankenau Heart Institute. Ross was chief of thoracic surgery and professor of clinical surgery at Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.

Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, has elected Ira Brown, regional president of M&T Bank, to its board of trustees.

The Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges, Harrisburg, has elected as vice chair Stephanie Shanblatt, president of Bucks County Community College. - Mike Zebe
