Thomas J. Holt Jr.: President, Astro Holdings Inc., oldest brother, 51. Lives in Torresdale, five children, three sons, Tom 3d, Eric, and Phillip, in the business.

Leo Holt: President, Holt Logistics Inc., 50. Lives in Center City, two toddler-age children. Speaks five languages.

Michael Holt: President, Delaware Avenue Enterprises, 41. Lives in Huntingdon Valley, four school-age children. All three brothers graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory School, Bensalem, and Villanova University.

Also: Michael Fluehr, brother-in- law, director of facilities at Holt Logistics, married to Melissa Holt, sister to the three Holt brothers. Several other family members in supervisory roles.
