Collegium Charter School, Exton, has hired Antoinette Rath as CEO effective Sept. 15. She is superintendent of the Mount Laurel Township Public School District in New Jersey.

The Philadelphia executive search firm Diversified Search has hired Guy A. Sava as managing partner and natural resources practice leader. Sava had been a senior partner with Heidrick & Struggles International.

Alloy Silverstein, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Cherry Hill and Hammonton, has promoted Reynold Cicalese 3d and Julie Strohlein to manager. Cicalese was a senior accountant; Strohlein was a supervisor.

TD Bank has promoted Tanuja M. Williams to IT audit director in its Cherry Hill office from senior audit group manager, infrastructure and application audits.

TechGirlz, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls to become future technology leaders, has hired Sarah Johnson as community outreach manager. She had been manager of IT for the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

Arcadia University, Glenside, said Diana T. Noller, assistant professor and associate director of the physician assistant program at Arcadia's Christiana campus in Delaware, will serve as the new chair of the department of medical science and community health. She had been clinical coordinator and academic coordinator of the physician assistant program.

Charles Bruton III has been hired as vice president of operations at the Conshohocken-based fresh-tossed salad restaurant chain Saladworks. He had been American vice president of franchise operations-North America for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp.

Gliknis Ortiz has joined Health Partners Plans, a nonprofit Philadelphia managed health-care organization, as vice president of sales. She had been director of sales for Medicare and retirement at UnitedHealthcare.

The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to creating global citizens, has hired Ned Hawkins as the associate director of student programs. He had been program coordinator at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Michael P. Avila has joined Fisher & Phillips L.L.P. Philadelphia as an associate. He had been an associate with Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C.

Matthew Mazza is the newest assistant city treasurer and executive director of the Sinking Fund for the City of Philadelphia, which includes the responsibilities of being the administrator for the PGW Pension Fund, coadministrator of the city's commercial paper program and debt service payments. Mazza had been the treasury capital markets analyst at Daimler North American Finance Corp., the North American In-House Bank for Daimler A.G.

Bertrand Guillotin has joined Temple University's Fox School of Business as academic director of the international business program. He had been director of international programs at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Kate Grasso has been hired as vice president of leasing and marketing for Campus Apartments, Philadelphia. She had been vice president of sales and leasing for Peak Campus.

Mary Tipping has joined the staff of Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College as curator and plant recorder. She also will teach in the arboretum's educational programs. Tipping had been arboretum horticulturist at Delaware Valley University's Henry Schmieder Arboretum.

Firstrust Bank has promoted John Held from senior vice president, mortgage operations to executive vice president.

Mark D. Villanueva, a commercial litigation and insurance attorney, has joined Stradley Ronon as a partner in its Philadelphia office. He had been partner with McCarter & English.
