Eric R. Tobin has been elected president of the board of directors of the Bucks County SPCA. He is an attorney at Eastburn & Gray in Doylestown.
The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls, a grant-making and education foundation, has named the following board members: Mary Chan, vice president of information and data management at Access Group; Tricia Lefkof, vice president of commercial banking at Penn Liberty Bank; Mary Beth Morrissey, senior vice president of finance and accounting at Liberty Property Trust; and Christina Shipe, marketing specialist at Waypoint Consulting.
TheVillage, a Rosemont provider of trauma-informed care and child services for nearly 140 years, has elected the following officers to its board: chair, Andrew Nehrbas, senior vice president of investments and branch manager at Janney Montgomery Scott in Bryn Mawr; vice chair, Yardly Jenkins, who previously served on the board of directors, including two years as chair and as a member of the development committee, fund-development committee, and theVillage advisory board; secretary, Polly Shaffer, a retired attorney with Gollatz, Griffin & Ewing P.C.; treasurer, Maris Ogg, president and a founder of Tower Bridge Advisors, West Conshohocken; and assistant treasurer, John Sundquist, president of Breakwater Ventures L.L.C.
New board members include: Margaret Haist, director of the Radnor Educational Foundation, the Kentucky Citizen Foster Care review board, and a consultant to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services; Margaret Kanupke, former director of individual gifts for Opera Company of Philadelphia and co-chair of the Philadelphia Antiques Show and the Chester County Antiques Show; and Nancy Wolcott, a retired executive vice president at Bank of New York Mellon.
John W. Becher, an osteopathic emergency physician, has been installed as president of the American Osteopathic Association. He is chairman of the department of emergency medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Stacey L. Fuller, a partner at Gawthrop Greenwood P.C., West Chester, has been named chair of the Municipal Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a board member of Legal Aid of Southeastern PA.
Alex Paul Genato, a partner in the Princeton office of law firm Archer & Greiner P.C., has been elected to serve as chair-elect of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Taxation Law Section.
Michael E. Bertin has been elected secretary of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P., Philadelphia.
Stuart H. Fine has been named a trustee of the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia. After serving as a health-system CEO for more than 30 years, he joined the Temple University faculty in 2014 as associate professor and director of programs in health-care management.
