James Metz

has been named chair of the department of radiation oncology in the

Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

He will lead the department's 60-plus radiation oncologists and medical physicists who work with the Abramson Cancer Center. The Morton M. Kligerman Professor of Radiation Oncology, Metz has been serving as interim chair since November.

Firstrust Bank, Conshohocken, has made the following promotions: Genie DeLorenzo, to vice president, treasury management, from assistant vice president, treasury management; Gregory Sudell, to vice president, relationship manager, commercial banking, from assistant vice president, relationship manager; and Timothy Hill, to vice president, compliance department, from assistant counsel, compliance officer.

Settlement Music School, a community-based school of the arts with six branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has hired the following: Grace Cannon, former executive director for new school models with the School District of Philadelphia, as manager of corporate and foundation relations; Victoria Genuardi Edwards, former major gift officer for the Red Cross in Chester County, as assistant director for individual giving; and Adam Johnston, former program director at City Year, as community-engagement manager.

Wells Fargo Commercial Banking's National Food and Agribusiness Division in Philadelphia has named Michael Shea new relationship manager, to serve growers, processors, and distributors in 12 states from Maryland to Maine. He had been assistant vice president at Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Retail Finance Division.

Philadelphia Gas Works has promoted Lauren King to internal communications manager, from communications specialist in the Office of Marketing & Corporate Communications.

Jamie Ohl has been named president of the retirement plan services business at Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor. Ohl had served as a principal at Edward Jones.

Tabula Rasa HealthCare Inc., Moorestown, has named Jacques Turgeon chief scientific officer. The company offers medication risk mitigation and risk adjustment services. Turgeon had been CEO of the Montreal University Health Centre.

Mt. Airy USA, a community development nonprofit, has named Brad Copeland executive director. Previously director of real estate development, he has served as interim executive director since June. Abby Thaker, director of development and education partnerships, has been named managing director.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Deirdre McAleer banking market executive for Philadelphia. She had been senior vice president and senior client manager in global commercial banking.

David McCaslin has been named executive vice president at HHM, Philadelphia, formerly Hersha Hospitality Management. He had been president of Northwood Hospitality.

Branden Grove has joined Experis Finance as construction services engagement manager in the Philadelphia office.

Evan M. Bradley has been appointed program director of RSVP/Philadelphia Promise Zone Literacy Initiatives. He is currently receiving additional training in school psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

James W. Fox IV has been appointed clinical professor of surgery at Temple University School of Medicine and an attending physician at Temple Health Fort Washington. He had been a professor at Jefferson Medical College and former chief of plastic surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Timothy W. Stalker, a founding partner of Stalker, Vogrin, Bracken & Frimet L.L.P., has joined Weber Gallagher as a partner in the firm's renamed insurance/reinsurance practice group in Philadelphia.

Malvern Federal Savings Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp Inc., Paoli, has named William H. Woolworth III senior vice president, chief risk officer. He had been vice president and director of enterprise risk management, chief auditor, and chief compliance officer for Customers Bank in Phoenixville.
