The publicly traded water utility Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr, has promoted Brian Dingerdissen to chief of staff, from director, investor relations and national field services, and Stan Szczygiel to vice president, finance, from director, budget and planning. Charles Stevenson has been promoted to director of fleet and supply-chain management, from manager of fleet and materials management, as part of a reorganization that expands his former responsibilities.

Montgomery McCracken has named lawyers Georgette Castner and K. Carrie Sarhangi to the firm's partnership. Castner, who is located in the firm's Cherry Hill office, and Sarhangi, who is in the Philadelphia office, have been associates with the firm for several years.

Fon Wang joins the architecture studio Ballinger as director of historic preservation. From 2005 to 2015, Fon was principal of UCI Architects, providing architecture, planning, and historic-preservation services. Fon is also a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design's Historic Preservation Studio.

William H. Woolworth III has been named senior vice president, chief risk officer, of Paoli-based Malvern Federal Savings Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp Inc. He had been senior vice president and director of enterprise risk management, chief auditor, and chief compliance officer for Customers Bank in Phoenixville and Wyomissing.

Health Partners Plans, Philadelphia, has named Patricia Wright vice president of its program in Managed Long-term Services and Supports.

Osage University Partners, a Bala Cynwyd venture-capital fund that invests in early- and later-stage companies in the life science and technology sectors, has hired Kirsten Leute as senior vice president of university relations. Leute had been associate director of the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford University.

Adele Lindenmeyr has been promoted to dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Villanova University, from interim dean. Christine Kelleher Palus has been named dean of graduate studies in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, from interim dean.

Young Audiences New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania, Princeton, has hired Michele Russo as president and CEO, effective Oct. 19. She had managed the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, where she oversaw the biennial Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival.

Comcast Spectacor, Philadelphia, has promoted Brian Rothenberg to senior vice president and general counsel for Spectra, the Comcast Spectacor business unit engaged in all aspects of live event management. He was vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Comcast Spectacor.

First Niagara has promoted David Ciccanti to vice president, middle markets/senior relationship manager in Plymouth Meeting, from vice president of business banking/senior relationship manager.

Glenmede, a Philadelphia investment and wealth-management firm, has appointed Peter J. Zuleba III president of its institutional strategies business, Glenmede Investment Management L.P. He had been director of investment management.

The Philadelphia Parks Alliance board of directors has appointed George Matysik executive director. He had served as director of government affairs and public policy for Philabundance, where he led the development of Fare & Square, the nation's first nonprofit grocery store.

USA Technologies Inc., a Malvern provider of wireless, cashless payment, and M2M/IoT solutions, has hired J. Duncan Smith as chief financial officer. Smith succeeds David M. DeMedio, who transitions to the newly created position of chief services officer. Smith had been CFO and treasurer at Bryn Mawr Bank Corp.University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine has appointed Brady Beale staff ophthalmologist, Elaine Holt clinical associate professor of ophthalmology, and Michael Mison clinical associate professor of surgery.
