Montgomery McCracken has named lawyers Georgette Castner and K. Carrie Sarhangi to the firm's partnership. Castner, who is located in the firm's Cherry Hill office, and Sarhangi, who is in the Philadelphia office, have been associates with the firm for several years.

From 2005 to 2015, Fon was principal of UCI Architects, providing architecture, planning, and historic-preservation services.
