Partner Mark G. McCreary was named the first chief privacy officer of Philadelphia law firm Fox Rothschild L.L.P. McCreary focuses his practice on compliance with privacy-related laws, rules and regulations.

Sean P. McGrath was appointed chief financial officer and secretary of StoneMor Partners L.P., a Levittown owner and operator of cemeteries and funeral homes. He had been chief financial officer of Atlas Energy Group L.L.C. and its subsidiaries.

George Parker and Anthony Stranix were named equity partners in the Philadelphia office of accounting, tax, and advisory-services firm WeiserMazars L.L.P., New York. Parker and Stranix were both senior managers.

DuPont, Wilmington, hired Rose Lee president of its protection technologies business. She had been global business director, DuPont's Kevlar and Aramid Intermediates business.

West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. an Exton company that makes packaging and related products for injectable drugs, hired Annette Favorite as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She had been vice president, global talent management, at IBM Corp.

Philabundance, the Philadelphia nonprofit hunger-relief organization, hired Mark Wilson as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He held the same positions with Westminster Theological Seminary.

Trinseo, a Berwyn materials company and maker of plastics, latex, and synthetic rubber, announced the following executive changes: Martin Pugh, senior vice president and business president for performance materials, was named executive vice president and chief operating officer; Francesca Reverberi, global business director, synthetic rubber, was named global business director for the newly created basic plastics business; Celso Magri, marketing manager, styrenic polymers, Europe/MEA, was named global product director, basic plastics; Samer Al Jabi, global product director for styrenic polymers, was named global business director, synthetic rubber. Tim Stedman, former business director, basic chemicals, at ExxonMobil Chemical, was named senior vice president and business president, basic plastics and feedstocks, and Hayati Yarkadas, former senior vice president and general manager, Europe for Tate & Lyle, was hired as senior vice president and business president, performance materials.

Makindus Inc., a Doylestown specialty pharmaceutical development company focused on ophthalmology and rare diseases, hired Michael Celano as chief financial officer. He had been chief financial officer for Drugscan Inc., a clinical laboratory services company, and for medical-device maker Kensey Nash Corp.

Post & Schell P.C., Philadelphia, hired James R. Malone Jr. as principal and co-chair of the recently established tax controversy practice group. Malone was the principal and founder of an independent law firm focused on tax controversies and related litigation.

Andrew L. Swope was hired as general counsel, vice present and secretary of Pennsylvania American Water. He had been a partner in the Harrisburg office of K&L Gates L.L.P.

Ed Liva was named director of the graduate tax program at Villanova University. He retired as national real estate industry tax leader at KPMG.

Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas-distribution markets throughout North America, promoted Kevin Pedigo to business line director, pipeline services, from general superintendent in the pipeline services business line.
