Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania, Souderton, parent company of Univest Bank & Trust Co., has promoted Michael S. Keim to president of Univest Bank & Trust, from chief financial officer. Keim also will join the Univest Bank board of directors. Jeffrey M. Schweitzer, who was president of Univest Bank & Trust, will continue to serve as president and chief executive of Univest Corp. and chief executive officer of Univest Bank & Trust.

Peirce College, Philadelphia, has promoted Uva C. Coles to vice president of institutional advancement and strategic partnerships, from vice president of student services, and Brad K. Hodge to vice president of student services and retention management, from vice president, finance. New hires include Elizabeth M. Krapp, vice president of finance and administration, formerly assistant treasurer at Franklin and Marshall College, and Malik Brown, assistant vice president of employer relations, formerly Dixon House director for the adult and family services division at Diversified Community Services.

Frontage, an Exton contract research organization, has hired Michael S. Willett as president of its clinical-business unit. Willett established Advanced Biomedical Research Inc., a Phase I-II clinical CRO that was acquired by Frontage in 2008, and founded Ready Clinical L.L.C. He has been a sub-investigator on more than 400 Phase I-II clinical trials.
