Wilson had been director of talent and collaboration for the Philadelphia School Partnership.

Tozour Energy Systems, a King of Prussia provider of HVAC and building automation systems, has promoted Daeen Salam to general manager, building automation, from director of equipment sales.

Houghton International Inc., a Valley Forge provider of metalworking fluids and services to the metalworking, aluminum and steel industries, has promoted Mike Shannon to chief executive officer effective Jan. 1, 2016. He joined the company as vice president of global operations, supply chain, IT and EHS in 2009. Also, Marcello Boldrini will become president, Asia Pacific in addition to his current roles as senior vice president, Houghton International and president, Global Mining and Metals.

Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr, has named Thomas M. Cox as vice president of customer operations. Cox, who held the position on an interim basis, was promoted from his previous position as director of quality, customer operations.

Adam Englehart, creative director, has been named a principal at Neff Associates. Also, Kelly Wolf has been hired as executive director of public relations and social media. She had been senior account executive at Sarah Hall Productions Inc., NYC.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, has hired Francis M. Buono as senior vice president of legal regulatory affairs and senior deputy general counsel. He will become part of the senior leadership team in Comcast's Washington office. He had been partner and chair of the communications, media and privacy department and chair of the data privacy and security practice group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher L.L.P.

Firstrust Bank, Conshohocken, has hired John McConnell vice president, treasury management, and Debra Yelson as vice president, branch manager of a branch in Bryn Mawr. McConnell had been vice president, SLCA program manager at RBS Citizens and Yelson an assistant vice president, branch manager with National Penn Bank.

Aqua Pharmaceuticals L.L.C., West Chester, has promoted Ted White to president from chief operating officer effective January 2016. He succeeds Craig Ballaron, CEO and founder of the company, who will retire.

JLL, a Philadelphia professional-services and investment-management firm, has hired Paul Pontius as executive vice president of industrial services in its Mechanicsburg office. He had been vice president of real estate development at Industrial Developments International.

James M. Lucania has been named senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Checkpoint Systems Inc., a Thorofare company that develops supply-chain control systems to stop theft. Lucania has been acting chief financial officer since March 19 and vice president of finance and treasurer since 2012.

Jennifer A. O'Leary has joined Pepper Hamilton L.L.P. as a partner in the firm's tax practice group in Philadelphia. She had been a partner with Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg L.L.P.

MedRisk, a King of Prussia provider of physical rehabilitation and diagnostic imaging for the workers' compensation industry, has hired Joseph McCullough as executive vice president of customer solutions. He had been president of OneCall Transportation + Language.

Deborah Heart and Lung Center, a specialty heart, lung, and vascular hospital in Browns Mills, Burlington County, has hired Richard Temple as vice president, chief information officer. He had been founder and CEO of Richard Temple & Associates.

AmeriQuest Business Services, Cherry Hill, provider of financial process automation, procurement, and asset-management services, has hired Reggie Peterson as director of indirect products. He had been a senior procurement manager for Coca-Cola and a procurement manager of indirect materials for Siemens.
