Wilmington Trust, Philadelphia, is expanding its wealth advisory team in the Philadelphia region with three new senior leaders. Joe Cozza was hired as a senior private client adviser, Marc Dinacci and Kevin Zosulis as senior investment advisers. Each was hired as a managing director. Cozza had been managing director in JP Morgan's Philadelphia office for nearly 20 years. Dinacci had been a global investment specialist at JP Morgan. Zosulis had been senior director and team leader for BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

Malvern Federal Savings Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp, Inc., Paoli, has named Sara Lawson as senior investment adviser for the bank as part of her role as a managing director/senior investment adviser with Bell Rock Capital L.L.C., a strategic partner. She will be based in the bank's new Villanova location as well as the New Jersey private banking offices in in Morristown.

BR Guest Hospitality, Atlantic City, has hired Jeffrey S. Vasser, a longtime hospitality executive, as vice president, joint ventures. Most recently, he was director general and CEO of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association and prior to that president of the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority.

WSFS Financial Corp., Wilmington, has hired Suzanne J. Ricci as senior vice president, director of strategic initiatives, and William T. McGrath as senior vice president, senior credit officer in commercial banking. Ricci had been senior vice president and chief operating officer and McGrath senior vice president and chief lending officer at Alliance Bank.

Saved Me Inc., a nonprofit animal rescue organization providing lifesaving medical care and adoptions to homeless animals via its Animal Care Center in Philadelphia, has promoted Ray Little to executive director from lifesaving director. Prior to joining Saved Me, he was the adoptions director for the Pennsylvania SPCA.

Laboratory supply and service company VWR, Radnor, has hired Nils Clausnitzer as senior vice president and president of its EMEA-APAC Lab Business. Clausnitzer, a medical doctor, had been president, head of commercial operations EMEA, at Qiagen N.V.

Philadelphia, has added two tax specialists to its tax accounting group. Nicholas Dello Buono and Gregory Smith joined the Philadelphia office. Dello Buono had been a staff accountant at PPMG & Co. and Smith a member of the tax staff at Morgenstern Waxman Ellershaw.

The utility company PPL Corp., Allentown, has promoted Joseph P. Bergstein Jr., a 16-year veteran of PPL, to vice president-investor relations and treasurer from vice president-investor relations and financial planning.

Kendal Corp., a not-for-profit Kennett Square operator of retirement communities, has named Sean M. Kelly president and CEO. He had been director for new business development since 2008 and succeeds John Diffey. The company aims to recruit a corporate CFO by the end of the month. It also will be recruiting a director for marketing and public relations and director for outreach, following the June 2016 retirements of Bill Silbert and Beryl Goldman.

, which serves public and private owners and contractors, has hired the following: Christine Howsare as senior scientist overseeing all natural resources studies and National Environmental Policy Act documentation for HNTB in Pennsylvania, formerly a senior environmental scientist at AECOM; James Sweeney as senior field representative serving as a rail bridge inspector for rail transit clients, formerly formerly chief structural inspector at SEPTA; Willie Powell as senior field representative and member of HNTB's track inspection mentoring team, formerly senior track inspector at Amtrak; and Justin Selecky as an engineer leading HNTB's efforts for key regional passenger rail station projects, formerly electrical engineer at Systra.
