Under the program, Delaware Valley Accountable Care's hospital owners and participating physicians will share in savings generated through better coordination of care, especially for people with complex or chronic illnesses.
Main Line Health, Jefferson Health, Holy Redeemer Health System, Doylestown Health, and Magee Rehabilitation Hospital own Delaware Valley Accountable Care, which also includes 670 primary-care physicians.
