Jonathan Hoffman joins the board of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America-Delaware Valley Chapter. He is a member at Cozen O'Connor.

Associated Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Philadelphia, , has named Sarah Johnson, chief human resources officer for Pennsylvania Hospital and William J.D. Jordan, president of Jordan, Gerrard & Associates to its board.

Anthony Kyriakakis, an attorney at Dilworth Paxson L.L.P., has joined the board of trustees of the University of the Arts. A former federal prosecutor, he is a member of the litigation department and the white collar/corporate investigations practice group.

Aaron H. Fox has been named chair of the Probate & Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is senior vice president in trust and account administration at Pennsylvania Trust in Radnor.

Frederick H. Masters has been elected chairman of the board of Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire and empower young girls in the region through outreach programming, advocacy, education, and mentoring. Masters is a shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C. in Philadelphia.

The Bernard Wolfman Civil Discourse Project, housed at Beth Sholom Congregation in Elkins Park, named Michael Ferman and Kenneth Winneg to its board. Ferman is an owner of Newman & Co. Winneg is managing director of survey research at Penn's Annenberg Public Policy Center.

Malvern Bancorp, Inc., the Paoli holding company for Malvern Federal Savings Bank, has elected Howard Kent as chairman of the board of the company and the bank. He has been a director since 2015 and serves as chairman of the Loan and Discount Committee for the bank.
