The Boardroom

Michael H. Reed has been elected to Temple University's board of trustees. A Temple graduate, Reed is special counsel in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton and a member of the firm's corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice group. He also serves as general counsel of the Temple University Alumni Association and is chair of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics.
