Blue Bell-based computer services and systems company Unisys Corp., said that senior vice president and chief financial officer Janet Haugen will retire from the company on Nov. 1 after 20 years of service. The company has named Inder M. Singh, currently chief strategy and marketing officer, to succeed Haugen.
Valley Forge mutual fund Vanguard Group said it has created a philanthropic impact program, Vanguard Capital for Kids, under the leadership of head of community relations Carra Cote-Ackah. Verizon Wireless has appointed Kevin Zavaglia president of its Northeast Market in Morristown, N.J., and will oversee all business functions across the 10-state market. He had been president of the company's New York metro region.

Ascensus, an independent retirement plan and college savings services provider based in Dresher, has appointed James Lucania as its new chief financial officer. Lucania served as CFO of Checkpoint Systems. He also will join Ascensus' executive committee.
