Ted Peters has been elected lead director of the board of Paycom Software Inc., an NYSE-listed company based in Oklahoma City. He joined the company's board in March 2014 and also serves as chairman of the firm's audit committee. Peters, the former chairman and CEO of Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., is currently chairman and CEO of Bluestone Financial Institutions Group.
