The Philadelphia Museum of Art has elected Leslie A. Miller as chair of the museum's board of trustees. She succeeds Constance H. Williams, who has served as chair since 2010 and has been named chair emeriti and remains a board member. Miller has been a practicing litigator for 25 years, she served as an adviser to former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, cochairing his finance committee and serving on his transition team. Previously, she was appointed by Pennsylvania Gov. Edward Rendell to be general counsel for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel, the state's largest legal entity.

The board also elected the following trustees: Ellen Caplan, a board member of the Shipley School and a board member emeritus at Abramson Cancer Center; Phoebe Haddon, chancellor of Rutgers University-Camden; Hilarie Morgan, a former psychologist specializing in the treatment of children and adolescents, who serves on boards of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and Philadelphia Hospitality Inc.; Zoë Pappas, member of the Education, Major Gifts, and Craft Show Committees, a former Art Museum guide, who, with her late husband, Dean Pappas, endowed several staff positions; Jennifer Rice, president of the board of trustees at the Philadelphia School; Lawrence H. Berger, who retired as the Art Museum's general counsel; Peter D. Davenport, retired marketing director of Thomas Scientific, will serve as trustee emeritus; and Esther Fox, a member of the Women's and Craft Show Committees, who is a former Park House Guide, is also trustee emeritus.

College Possible Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization making college admission possible for low-income students, has named Ayesha Selden to its board. She is a private wealth adviser and managing partner for Selden & Berryman Financial Group of Ameriprise Financial. She graduated from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University with a BBA in economics and marketing.

The Eastern Pennsylvania Affiliate chapter of the national ACE Mentor Program, a nonprofit that engages and encourages high school students to consider careers in design and construction through mentoring, scholarships, and grants, has named two industry professionals to its board of directors. Benjamin Connors is president of the General Building Contractors Association. Gregory Dunkle is senior vice president and northeast division manager for Gilbane Building Co.

Craig L. Martin has been elected chairman of Hill International, a Philadelphia multinational construction-management firm. In December 2014, he retired as the president and CEO of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

Holy Child School at Rosemont, a coeducational Catholic school for early childhood through eighth grade, has named the following to its board of trustees: Sharon Troth Gaffney, is a digital marketing consultant; Joseph A. McFalls 3d, an associate at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia; Stephen J. Schreder, head of business development at Maverick Capital in New York, N.Y.; Judi Von Feldt Taylor, and Theodore Wahl, president and CEO of Healthcare Services Group.

John D. Simmons has been named president of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. He is a partner at the firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel, Philadelphia. Keith A. Jones, an associate with the firm Panitch, has been named to the board of governors. Founded in 1923, the association is one of the oldest IP law organizations in the country.

Alaine S. Williams has been elected as a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is a partner with Willig, Williams & Davidson, Philadelphia.

Emclaire Financial Corp., Emlenton parent holding company of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, has elected Deanna K. McCarrier to the board of the company and the bank. She owns and operates McCarrier CPA.

The Kraft Heinz Company, Pittsburg and Chicago, has elected Feroz Dewan to its board. Dewan is the CEO of Arena Holdings Management, a global investment business. Previously, he served in a series of positions with Tiger Global Management, an investment firm focused on public and private equity fund investments, from 2003 to 2015, including most recently as Head of Public Equities.

Rosemary A. Crane and Duane M. DeSisto have been named to the board of Unilife Corp., a York-based developer and commercial supplier of injectable drug delivery systems. Crane had been president and CEO of Epocrates, Inc. She also held senior executive positions at Johnson & Johnson, including group chairman, OTC & Nutritional Group, group chairman, Consumer, Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Nutritionals, and executive vice president of Global Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Group. DeSisto  served as the president and CEO of Insulet Corporation from 2003 to 2014, after serving as the company's acting CEO and chief financial officer and treasurer.
