Elizabeth M. Datner has been appointed chair of emergency medicine at Einstein Healthcare Network. Datner spent the majority of her career at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and University of Pennsylvania Health System, where she served as an attending emergency physician, associate residency director, medical director, and vice chair of clinical operations for the department of emergency medicine. For the last three years, she served as associate chief of staff for clinical operations, and more recently, as chief of staff for the Cpl. Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. She is an associate professor of emergency medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine and an adjunct senior fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Angela Val has been hired as chief administrative officer of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. She most recently served as deputy executive director for the 2016 Philadelphia Host Committee for the Democratic National Convention and as vice president and chief external affairs officer at Visit Philadelphia.

TEN Atlantic City Resort (formerly Revel casino) has announced several executives who will operate the property, purchased by Florida developer Glenn Straub. Industry veteran Frank Leone, who oversaw gaming operations at Trump Taj Mahal, Foxwoods, MGM Grand at Foxwoods, and SLS in Las Vegas, is senior vice president of casino operations. Cindi LePine has been named vice president of hotel operations; she has more than 26 years' experience overseeing hotel services in Atlantic City and had been director of hotel operations at the Taj Mahal. Vincent Turrano has been named vice president of food and beverage; he served in that capacity at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Fla., and in other executive capacities at Borgata and Bally's.

The Energy Co-op, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that provides clean-energy options for thousands of Pennsylvania residents and businesses, has hired top energy consultant Damali Rhett as its new executive director. She had worked as commercial director for Enviva LP, a major producer of industrial biomass to create clean renewable energy.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has named Susan Kuon, as vice president, mortgage loan officer, in the mortgage division. She joined the company from Stearns Lending, where she was a mortgage-loan originator.

Relay Network, a five-year-old venture-capital-backed provider of secure customer messaging, has hired Steve Higgins as chief technology officer. He had been CTO for three years at Service Power. Lisa Guillaume has been named chief product officer. Previously, she led her own consulting firm, focusing on go-to-market strategy and execution for growth-stage start-ups in B2B technology and cloud-services management.

Eric Behrens has been hired as chief information officer of Widener University. He had been associate chief information-technology officer at Swarthmore College. He is on the faculty of the Educause Institute New IT Managers Program and formerly served on the Educause Learning Initiative advisory board.

Furia Rubel Communications Inc., Doylestown, has hired Caitlan McCafferty as a public-relations account manager. She had been a communications specialist at Liberty Bell Agency.

Entercom Communications Corp., Bala Cynwyd, said Steve Fisher will be stepping down as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company effective Feb. 28 and will provide consultative services to the company afterward. The executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been retained to help identify a successor.

ab+c (Aloysius Butler & Clark), a Philadelphia marketing communications agency, said that after leading the company for 45 years, John Hawkins, one of its founders and the agency's current president and CEO, will retire in January. Tom McGivney, a managing partner and chief creative officer, will be promoted to the position of CEO. Paul Pomeroy, currently a managing partner and head of agency marketing, will be promoted to the position of president. Effective immediately, Steve Merino, creative director and senior managing director of ab+c's Philadelphia office, has been promoted to managing partner and chief creative officer, succeeding McGivney. Linda Shopa will continue as managing partner and CFO.

Lincoln Financial Network, the retail wealth-management affiliate of Lincoln Financial Group, has hired Scott Witeby as senior vice president and head of finance. He had been senior vice president, financial planning and analysis, at LPL Financial in San Diego.

Breaking Glass Pictures, an independent film distributor based in Philadelphia, has hired Scott A. Motisko as director of in-house marketing and public relations. Motisko had been in charge of quality control on the company's 36 annual releases. He is also a principal and director of marketing for Point Breeze Brewing, a new microbrewery in Philadelphia.

Stonehage Fleming has named David Elwell a director in its North America office in Philadelphia. He also joined the law firm Peter Rosenberg & Associates LLC as principal. The firm works closely with Stonehage Fleming in the United States on tax advisory services and estate planning. He had been a partner at Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager in Philadelphia.

The National Lacrosse League, Philadelphia, has hired Wesley Uhler as digital communications coordinator. He had worked as a sports producer for CBS Radio Philadelphia.

Jake D. Becker joins Lamb McErlane PC of West Chester as an associate in the litigation department. He had been an associate with Lavin, O'Neil, Cedrone & DiSipio.

Timothy Rice Estate and Elder Law, Voorhees, has hired Sarah L. Cranston as an associate and Elsie Louie as a paralegal. Cranston had her own private practice. Louie had been a paralegal with the Law Office of Cathy Brackin.
