Quantum Communications, a strategic communications firm that develops and manages corporate communications and political campaigns with offices in Harrisburg, Annapolis, Md. and Washington, DC, has named Ed Rollins to head its New York office. Rollins, who managed President Ronald Reagan's 1984 reelection campaign, joined the firm as a partner. The firm has clients in the energy, health care, transportation, construction, technology, education and legal fields.
In addition to managing President Reagan's campaign and his service in the White House, Rollins has had major roles in nine other Presidential campaigns and has counseled cabinet officers, U.S. senators, governors, members of Congress, mayors and state legislators. The conservative Commonwealth Foundation, has unanimously named Charles Mitchell the organization's fifth president and CEO, effective July 1, 2016. He is currently executive vice president of the think-tank, which has offices in Harrisburg and King of Prussia.

Immunome Inc., a Philadelphia biotechnology company seeking to us tumor immunology to develop cancer therapeutics, has hired Michael J. Morin as president and chief scientific officer. Morin, who has more than 25-years in pharmaceutical research and development. Morin's oncology career spans academia and industry, including 17-years at Pfizer where he served as vice president of global research and development overseeing immunology, anti-bacterials and cancer drug discovery in Groton, Conn.
Following his time at Pfizer, Morin worked as an advisor to venture-backed biotechnology and publicly held pharmaceutical companies. He also is actively participates in a variety of cancer research organizations, including as long-standing co-chair of the NCI Experimental Therapeutics (NExT) review panel, chair of the Drug Discovery Initiative of the Children's Tumor Foundation, and as a member of the scientific advisory board of the Ontario Institute of Cancer Research.

Philadelphia's Event Strategy Group, an agency that partners with brands to create original experiences and results, has appointed Marina Eyl art director and Kerah Kemmerer as a social media manager. ESG's events include corporate and employee events, user conferences, trade shows, and road shows.
Eyl will lead the art department, collaborating with design teams, interfacing with client brand managers and owning brand management for ESG. Her first endeavor will be designing the applied art for Lenovo's Tech World - the company's second annual global technology event, to be held in Beijing and San Francisco in June 2016.
Kemmerer will focus on content creation, community management, social strategy development, as well as social media advertising, reporting and graphic design support for ESG's long-standing client, tech-giant, Lenovo.
Eyl worked as a freelance designer with clients such as the Adult Congenital Heart Association and prior to that as the art director at Power Design.
Kemmerer served as an independent marketing and communications consultant where she led marketing strategies, including website and social media development services.
