Annmarie Hora has been hired as chief human-resources officer at Lourdes Health System, Camden. She had been a vice president of human resources at Virtua Health.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has named Stephen M. Wellman as senior vice president and chief operating officer of the wealth-management division of the bank. He had been COO at Cipperman Compliance Services L.L.C. in Wayne.

Julie H. Ketover has been hired as director of professional development at Marlton-based law firm Hyland Levin L.L.P. Ketover was a counselor in the Career Planning and Professionalism office at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and prior to that held a senior management position at Dechert.

SCA, the Swedish paper giant whose Philadelphia-based Americas arm makes napkins and other supplies for Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, NFL stadiums, and hundreds of other institutional, janitorial, and food-service clients, has hired Juan G. Perez as vice president of tissue manufacturing in North America. He had been senior director of supply chain at Kraft Heinz Co.

Clinical Ink, a Philadelphia provider of eSource solutions for clinical trials, has hired Stephen Boccardo as chief commercial officer. He had been senior vice president, global business development, for the eClinical Solutions Division of Bioclinica.

Kylie Flett has rejoined Punch Media as PR and social-media strategist. She had been PR and social-media director at Neff Associates.

Agora Cyber Charter School, King of Prussia, has promoted Chadwick M. Antonio to CEO, from director of achievement.

Quantum Communications, a strategic communications firm that develops and manages corporate communications and political campaigns with offices in Harrisburg, Annapolis, Md. and Washington, DC, has named Ed Rollins to head its New York office. Rollins, who managed President Ronald Reagan's 1984 reelection campaign, joined the firm as a partner. The firm has clients in the energy, health care, transportation, construction, technology, education and legal fields.

In addition to managing President Reagan's campaign and his service in the White House, Rollins has had major roles in nine other Presidential campaigns and has counseled cabinet officers, U.S. senators, governors, members of Congress, mayors and state legislators. Rollins will continue to be a senior presidential scholar at Hofstra University and a senior advisor at Teneo Strategy, in addition to his duties as a regular contributor at Fox News.

William H. Tickner has been hired as assistant vice president of Wells Fargo Bank N.A. in Malvern. He was a premier-relationship manager for Citizens Bank covering eastern Chester County.

Pepper Hamilton L.L.P., Philadelphia, has named Alva C. Mather a partner. A litigator and first-chair trial attorney, she had chaired the alcoholic-beverage practice group at Griesing Law.

Abington-Jefferson Health, Abington, has appointed Philip Lim as physician-in-chief and chair of the department of radiology. Lim has served as section head of body MRI, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI at Abington and is president of the Radiology Group of Abington.

Richie Furino has been promoted to regional vice president of operations for Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, from regional manager. He will oversee Del Frisco's restaurants in Philadelphia; Charlotte, N.C.; Chicago; Washington; Orlando, Fla.; and Las Vegas.

TD Bank has hired Nghia V. Ho as assistant vice president, store manager of a branch in Havertown. Ho had been a store manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Doylestown.

Lars Ola I. Sjoholm been appointed chief of trauma and surgical critical care in the department of surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and medical director of the trauma program at Temple University Hospital. Sjoholm has been an attending trauma surgeon at TUH since 2011. He is also an assistant professor of surgery at the medical school.

Allison Shaw has joined Macquarie Group's Delaware Investments, Philadelphia, as senior vice president, North American consultant relations. She was vice president, consultant relations, at Franklin Templeton Institutional.

The conservative Commonwealth Foundation, has unanimously named Charles Mitchell the organization's fifth president and CEO, effective July 1, 2016. He is currently executive vice president of the think-tank, which has offices in Harrisburg and King of Prussia.
Mitchell grew up outside of Philadelphia, attended Pennsylvania's public schools, and graduated from Bucknell University.

Fox Rothschild L.L.P., Philadelphia, has appointed new leaders in five of the firm's offices who will be office managing partners for their respective locations. The include: Todd A. Rodriguez, Exton and co-chair of the firm's Health Law Practice; Mark J. Connot, Las Vegas; Joseph A. DeMaria, Miami;   Alexander Hernaez, San Francisco; Deirdre E. Moore, Roseland/Morristown and The firm noted that the changes are part of a normal rotation of office managing partners with all of the outgoing managing partners having served their full five-year terms.

Investors Bank, Shorts Hills, N.J., has appointed John Regan as director of internal audit. Regan is a Certified Public Accountant and the former lead Partner of KPMG's New York Metropolitan Area Audit Banking Group. At KPMG, Regan was the senior audit partner responsible for the Banking Group in the firm's New York Financial Services Practice, which included 25 partners, 300 professionals and 100 audit clients.

Immunome Inc., a Philadelphia biotechnology company seeking to us tumor immunology to develop cancer therapeutics, has hired Michael J. Morin as  president and chief scientific officer. Morin, who has more than 25-years in pharmaceutical research and development. Morin's oncology career spans academia and industry, including 17-years at Pfizer where he served as vice president of global research and development overseeing immunology, anti-bacterials and cancer drug discovery in Groton, Conn.

Following his time at Pfizer, Morin worked as an advisor to venture-backed biotechnology and publicly held pharmaceutical companies. He also is actively participates in a variety of cancer research organizations, including as long-standing co-chair of the NCI Experimental Therapeutics (NExT) review panel, chair of the Drug Discovery Initiative of the Children's Tumor Foundation, and as a member of the scientific advisory board of the Ontario Institute of Cancer Research.

Aleister Saunders has been named senior vice provost for research at Drexel University. Saunders had been associate dean for research in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Leonard, Sciolla, Hutchison, Leonard & Tinari L.L.P. has elevated attorneys Christopher P. Fleming and Anthony J. Leonard to partners of the firm.

Philadelphia's Event Strategy Group, an agency that partners with brands to create original experiences and results, has appointed Marina Eyl art director and Kerah Kemmerer as a social media manager. ESG's events include corporate and employee events, user conferences, trade shows, and road shows.

Eyl will lead the art department, collaborating with design teams, interfacing with client brand managers and owning brand management for ESG. Her first endeavor will be designing the applied art for Lenovo's Tech World - the company's second annual global technology event, to be held in Beijing and San Francisco in June 2016.

Kemmerer will focus on content creation, community management, social strategy development, as well as social media advertising, reporting and graphic design support for ESG's long-standing client, tech-giant, Lenovo.

Eyl worked as a freelance designer with clients such as the Adult Congenital Heart Association and prior to that as the art director at Power Design.

Kemmerer served as an independent marketing and communications consultant where she led marketing strategies, including website and social media development services.
