Phila.-area gas average stays at $3.12

The average for a gallon of regular no-lead was unchanged overnight, at $3.12, in the five-county Philadelphia area, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.

But there was a 1-cent increase in South Jersey (to $2.93) and at the national level (to $3.01), the auto club said.
