Samsung hasn't given up the $1 billion fight - CNet

The Apple-Samsung patent lawsuit still has some ways to go before being settled.

CNet reports that Samsung wants a new trial, because the foreman of the jury that decided Samsung had violated Apple's patents and should pay $1 billion was involved in a lawsuit roughly two decades earlier.

Apple scoffed at Samsung's strategy, saying the juror had disclosed the information. A judge will hear Samsung's pleadings on Thursday.
