Welltower Inc. has sold the Select Medical Rehabilitation Facility building in Marlton, N.J. to Tampa, Fla.-based Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II Inc. 

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II paid $63.9 million for the 89,000-square-foot medical building, it said a statement on Monday. The property accommodates the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.

Welltower, a Cleveland, Ohio-based real estate trust focusing on medical buildings and senior housing, was identified as the seller in records filed with the Burlington County clerk's office.
Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II is a public, non-traded company investing in healthcare and data-center properties, according to the statement.
