Seeking to connect with a younger audience, Comcast Corp. launched on Tuesday its advertising-supported Watchable streaming platform, with video clips and other short-form video.

Comcast says it has about 30 content partners providing video for Watchable - Buzzfeed, GoPro, AwesomenessTV, Maker Studios, Vox and others - and it's available nationwide.

It can be accessed by anyone with an Internet connection at watchable.com.

"We think Watchable can be a unique place that curates and distributes the best content from some of the most recognized brands and producers on the web," Comcast said in a blog post.
