Camden-based Campbell Soup Co., said Friday it is recalling approximately 80 cases of 14.5-ounce cans of canned pasta labeled as Swanson 100 percent Natural Chicken Broth because the cans actually contain SpaghettiOs with Meatballs.
As a result of the mislabeling, the product does not declare the presence of wheat, milk and soy, which cause allergies for some people.
Campbell said the mislabeled products were made on July 24 and shipped to a single retail customer's distribution center serving Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
Campbell said consumers should return and not eat the contents of cans involved in the recall. The cans have the code UPC 51000 02431. - David Sell
