The agreements - with Comedy Time Network, Excalibur Media Group, Caracol Television, Telefe and Metro TV - will add on-demand programming from Argentina, Colombia and Mexico to Sivoo's Spanish-language portal at www.sivoo.com/spanish/en.
Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Sivoo said the new Latino content would be live by Saturday in honor of the Cinco de Mayo holiday.
Founded in 2000, Sivoo offers 22,000 hours of foreign-language video programming via the Web. It has production facilities in Universal City, Calif., in addition to its headquarters in Philadelphia.
Company shares were unchanged at 98 cents in over-the-counter trading.
