Haas TCM acquires Ariz. company

Haas TCM Inc., a chemical-management-services company in West Chester, has acquired MC Technologies L.L.C., a Tucson, Ariz., environmental information management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Haas TCM Inc., a chemical-management-services company in West Chester, has acquired MC Technologies L.L.C., a Tucson, Ariz., environmental information management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Haas TCM said the acquisition will broaden its chemical-management services, including managing and tracking hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals. MC Technologies has software and services to protect patients, employees and communities from hazardous chemicals.

MC Technologies, founded in 2003, has 22 employees with projected 2007 revenue of $2.5 million. Haas TCM has 2007 projected revenue of $235 million and has 400 employees.
