Endurance buys 87 acres in Cherry Hill Business Park

Endurance Real Estate Group LLC, Bala Cynwyd, a property investment firm started by Benjamin I. Cohen and William A. White in 2002, says it bought 87 acres and 15 warehouses at Cherry Hill Business Park from First Industrial Realty Trust for $49 million, or around $65 a square foot.

Michael Hines and Michael Blunt handled the sale for seller's rep CB Richard Ellis, which is also helping Endurance borrow money to fund the deal.

The property is on Springdale Road, less than a mile from Route 70.

Tenants include JDR Shoe Warehouse, Garden State Discovery Museum, Flying Fish Brewery, and Commerce Bank, among others. The deal includes 25 acres of open land.
