Leader of UGI unit stepping down

David W. Trego has resigned as president and chief executive officer of UGI Utilities Inc., its parent company, UGI Corp., said. The Valley Forge company cited personal reasons for Trego's departure. He will be succeeded by John Walsh, who has been vice chairman of UGI Utilities and president and chief operating officer of UGI Corp. UGI Utilities, based in Reading, is a natural gas and electric utility.
