Blank Rome merging with Houston law firm

Blank Rome LLP said Wednesday that it will merge with the nine lawyer Houston firm of Abrams Scott & Bickley LLP, adding to its existing office there.

The firms expect to complete the merger by the end of the month.

Blank Rome said the addition of five partners and four associates from Abrams Scott & Bickley will boost its commercial, products liability, employment, appellate and public entity litigation practice.    - Chris Mondics
