Hill International Inc., an international construction-management firm headquartered in Marlton, said it reopened its office in Tripoli, Libya. The office had been closed since February.

"With a successful end to the Libyan uprising and the appointment of a new government by the National Transitional Council, we are prepared to resume our operations in Libya," Raouf S. Ghali, president of Hill's Project Management Group (International), said in a statement.
