Post Brothers president Matthew Pestronk said the 146-unit building at 4701 Pine Street was acquired through the purchase of its previous ownership group and that he was prohibited from disclosing the price paid.
The company plans extensive renovations at the building, which it acquired as part of a $250 million University City investment strategy, it said in the statement.
