The Texas-based real estate investment trust said it does not know when it will begin to actively market the property, spokeswoman Kelly Sargent said Wednesday.
TIER REIT's only other remaining Philadelphia holding is a stake in the Wanamaker building for which it is currently seeking a buyer.
