NKF acquires Philly branch of property firm IRR
The acquisition is meant to augment NKF's expanding valuation and advisory practice group, the firm said.
Real estate services firm Newmark Knight Frank has agreed to acquire the Philadelphia branch of Integra Realty Resources and five other regional offices of the property valuation company.
The acquisition of IRR's operations serving Philadelphia, New York-New Jersey, Wilmington, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta is meant to augment NKF's expanding valuation and advisory practice group, the firm said in a release Wednesday.
Philadelphia's IRR office, which began as Joseph Dennis Pasquarella & Co. in 1980, is led by Joseph D. Pasquarella, Michael Silverman, and John P. Pasquarella.
