Toll Brothers Introduces Newtown Walk in Bucks County

On the doorstep of the quaint Borough of Newtown, Toll Brothers’ Newtown Walk offers an ideal location near boutique shopping, fine dining, recreation, and more. When complete, Newtown Walk will feature a collection of 102 classic Federalist-style carriage homes with brick fronts and alley loaded garages, designed to reflect the historic architecture of the neighboring historic Borough. Nestled adjacent to Robert Ridge Park, the community itself offers an abundance of intimate green space as well as a community walking trail that connects to the trails of both Newtown Township and Newtown Borough, providing a picturesque setting.

This exciting community is located within the highly rated Council Rock School District and is within walking distance of Goodnoe Elementary School. Adding to the convenience, Newtown Walk is only minutes from Interstate 95, Route 1, Route 332 and Route 413; and within 15 minutes of the PA Turnpike. The Yardley Train Station is just 15 minutes away, providing a great alternative for commuting into Philadelphia for work or leisure.

“The convenience offered by the proximity of Newtown Walk to the main streets of the Borough is truly magnificent. Homeowners here will enjoy the amenities of this timeless Borough; a place where turning neighbors into friends becomes a part of daily living,” says Mike Greiner, project manager. “The gorgeous exterior designs, landscaped grounds and location of Newtown Walk, combined with old town charm and convenience, make it one of Bucks County’s most desirable places to live,” says Laura Jeffers, sales manager.

Newtown Walk features three stunning floorplans ranging from 2,670 square feet to 3,300 square feet: the Chestnut, Maplewood, and Sequoia. Each is complemented by a variety of classic traditional-styled exterior elements including magnificent porticos that accent the entrances to the homes, attractive pent roofs and fully functional dormers on select units as well as an outdoor deck providing additional space for entertaining. The interiors offer standard hardwood flooring throughout the foyer, family room, kitchen and breakfast area with ceramic tile floors in the laundry room, powder room, and bathrooms. Gourmet kitchens with 42” Yorktowne® cabinets, granite countertops, upgraded GE® Profile Stainless Steel appliances and expansive master bedroom suites with sumptuous baths are also included along with Toll “signature millwork” and 9’-high basement walls. Select models also feature third floor lofts, stunning cathedral and vaulted ceilings and open rails at no additional cost.

Buyers are invited to tour the award-winning Maplewood and Sequoia decorated models, located at the neighboring Toll Brothers community of Newtown Station. The magnificent Maplewood boasts a Federalist-style exterior accentuated by a charming portico entrance and three rooftop dormers. This spacious home presents an elegant and openly designed living room and dining room separated by a distinctive column. An abundance of windows creates a bright, sunny kitchen and breakfast area that flows into the family room which includes a designer gas fireplace with brick surround. The second floor, equally as opulent, features a stunning master bedroom suite with two walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath with corner soaking tub. Second and third bedrooms at the opposite end of the hall share a guest bath.

The exterior design of the quaint end-unit Sequoia carriage home fits perfectly into the borough neighborhood setting of the surrounding area, with its classic brick architecture. Inside, the open design of the living room and dining room flow together and is well-designed for entertaining. A gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area adjoins the cozy family room with a fireplace accented with an attractive brick surround. Upstairs, the elegant master bedroom suite features two walk-in closets and an oversized luxurious bath with dual vanities. Two secondary bedrooms share a full bath, with the option for the convenience of the laundry room on the second floor.
