NCAA March Madness Live is free for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch in the iTunes App Store. For a $3.99 upgrade you can stream every game of March Madness to your iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch as well as to your computer. The game will stream over Wi-Fi or 3G, but be mindful your data limits! The app is also available for certain Android devices.

2. CBS Sports gives you the latest scores and stats for the NCAA Tournament, along with comprehensive coverage of every game. This free app is available in the iTunes App Store for the iPad, and in the Amazon Appstore for the Kindle Fire and other Android devices.
